Hello and welcome to the Jen*Sue dancers (JSD) website!

JSD is a fun and exciting family run school providing over 32 years service in the Western suburbs of Melbourne Australia. Co-Principals Jennie Krolik and Susan Evans continually ensure that the dance styles taught are up to date with todays demands.

The Jen*Sue Dancers are registered under the Australian Academy of Theatrical & Ballet Dancing Inc. With full diplomas in Theatrical Dance, Tap, Jazz and Classical Ballet. Both Jennie and Susan are examiners for the Australian Academy of Theatrical & Ballet Dancing (A.A.T.B.D Inc) with Miss Jennie being the Secretary of the A.A.T.B.D. Inc. And Miss Susan & Miss Ame on the committee.

Currently the Jen*Sue Dancers offer the following styles of classes

• Jazz
  Sometimes called modern, as seen in video clips
  A.A.T.B.D. Jazz exams also held throughout the year

• Funk/HipHop
  Latest dance style, as seen in video clips

• Tap
  Style of dance done by Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, tap dogs etc.
  A.A.T.B.D. Tap exams also held throughout the year

• Classical Ballet
  Ballet as seen in Swan Lake etc.
  A.A.T.B.D. Ballet exams also held throughout the year

• Theatrical
  Limbering, musical comedy, tap and modern dance.
  A.A.T.B.D. Theatrical exams also held throughout the year

THE JEN*SUE DANCERS HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL STUDENTS LEARN EXAMINATION WORK.- The benifits are technique improvement, understanding the use of proper placement of body. Confidance enhancement. All students are awarded with a Critt, Certificate, Medal. And the chance to win a scholarship given by the Academy.
